Project Description
London Wall Place is a development featuring new Grade A office space besides nearly of public green space and landscaped roof gardens. London Wall Place consists of two builds, building one is an office building arranged over twelve stories, while building two is a 16-story tower with an elegant architecture, enhanced by vertical glazing strips, with a spectacular triple height space at the height of the building. The external cladding combines the use of glass reinforced concrete with contrasting dark ceramic elements. Both builds consisting of a unitized system with glass/terracotta and glass/GRC panels and stick system construction at the ground floor. Soffit areas clad with a terracotta/GRC rainscreen.
