Project Description
Redevelopment of 125 Old Broad street which stands 27-stories high, formerly use by the London Stock Exchange. The new cladding is made of seven distinct planes, junctions formed by recesses running down the building, displaying an elegant and contemporary appearance. At the height of the building, the cladding climbs beyond the final structural slab to form a screen for the rooftop plants. These translucent panels are also intended to soften the transition between the building and sky.
